- If the item is determined to be lost or untraceable by the postal office, we will issue refunds or replacements, subject to availabiliy.
- Every watch is checked before we send them out for delivery.

Items are shipped out from Singapore.
- Casio paper packaging boxes are not included, as boxes parcels sometimes seems to take longer to reach destination. We cannot confirm this though. But if you wish to have the box, please add your request at the Order Comment section, and we will include the box for you.
- Watches comes wrapped in bubblewrap in an envelope parcel.
- Please note this: We are not responsible for orders that are being delivered but is left unclaimed, and sent back to us by the postal offices. Upon your instruction to re-deliver to you again, you will be charged the shipping fee of US$10 for sending out the order a second time to you. This is for the additional postal costs and administration.
- Please note this: We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or insuffcient delivery address entered during ordering. Our address labels are printed from the system. In this event, if the order is returned back to us by postal offices, a second shipping fee of US$10 will be charged for postal costs and administration. We will only ship out the order to you a second time upon your instruction. Thank you for your kind understanding.
- Additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
- Please contact us within 3 days upon receipt.
- All items must be returned by registered airmail within 14 days from the receipt date in original condition.

- Refunds are made via Paypal, as payment is made via Paypal. Payments made with credit cards via Paypal, refund will be credited back to the credit card. Please note that as stated by Paypal, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- Please note that there will be no returns, exchanges, or replacement for watches, 30 days after receipt of watch.
- Guarantees and warranties are not included with the watches, but we do check them before shipping out to you. If you received it in faulty condition, please email us at service@casiocalculatorwatches.com, send it back to us, and we will replace you with another once we received the faulty watch.
- There are no replacements for the watches or its parts.
